The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of many sites. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. A convenient parking option was available right out front. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The hotel is located in an impressive palazzo, right in the center of the city. Formerly a Bishop's Palace, it offers a unique and historical atmosphere. The beautiful interior of the rooms is a highlight, with high-end amenities and luxurious furnishings. The staff is attentive and professional, making sure guests have a wonderful stay. the breakfast offers a good variety of options.
The service provided by the staff fell short of the expected 5-star quality, with some guests experiencing lack of information and unhelpfulness.

The rooms were elegant and had a comfortable ambiance. I did experience some issues with the services provided. The room temperature was too hot for a relaxing sleep, and the staff seemed unable to assist promptly. there was confusion about the breakfast inclusion in my reservation, and the breakfast offerings were below the expected standards for a five-star hotel. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its lovely rooms and convenient location.

The private facilities in the room were a welcome touch, and the restaurant served exquisite cuisine. Rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, with exclusive facilities, and the garden area is delightful for a quiet walk or some fresh air. the bar/lounge is perfect for a romantic and elegant drink, and the private facilities offer a unique and personalized experience. the location advantage is splendid, in the heart of a historic area, with easy access to public transportation.
The only minor issue encountered at this venue was the slow service when getting room service. I had to remind reception several times about a missing request, which was eventually handled promptly.
